Pain is defined as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage, or described in terms of such damage.

Chronic pain is usually defined as pain having lasted beyond 3 months and without apparent biological value that has persisted beyond the normal tissue healing time (IASP).


I work with clients to help identify what sustains or amplifies their pain in order to understand what can help relieve it. I then support the client in developing and implementing long lasting successful techniques that enable them to break through their personal pain amplifiers and utilise inbuilt tools to break free.
